Can we buy Tokyo Wide Pass on internet? or travel agents outside Japan. I live in Jakarta, Indonesia. Please inform us travel agents sell it in Indonesia.

The JR Tokyo Wide Pass is sold at Narita Airport, Haneda Airport and Tokyo, Shinagawa, Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ikebukuro, Ueno and Yokohama and Mito Stations.
So no, you cannot purchase it outside of Japan. No worries though, the pass does not get "out of stock".
