Is there a better way around this itinerary

Day 1: Friday Land in Tokyo in the morning Drop off luggage at hotel in Shinjuku Fish Market (Toyosu) Studio Ghilbi Museum Sensoji Nakamise
Day 2: Saturday Imperial Palace Yoyogi Park
Day 3: Sunday Lake Kawaguchiko Stay the night
Day 4: Monday Disneyland
Day 5: Tuesday Travel to Osaka Osaka Castle Dontoburi
Day 6: Wednesday Universal Studios
With this plan, I will be leaving my hotel room in Tokyo for one night empty as I have to return to it on Monday. I cannot figure a way around this as I want to visit the theme parks on weekdays and go the Lake Kawaguchiko on the weekends.
Is the crowd at Disneyland on Friday still not too bad?
Thank you so much for your input^^ and I am planning this trip way in advance, so excited for it! ^_^

This needs to be reworked, and some spots unloaded to day 2. You're crisscrossing all over the city, and will lose lots of time to transfers. Also keep in mind that it will be virtually impossible to get tickets to the Ghibli Museum on the day, so order those in advance.
Btw, I presume your trip is next November or later? Is that correct?

The Fuji area is geographically between Tokyo and Kyoto, so it makes sense to put it in-between in your itinerary. Yes, it is possible to go directly to Kyoto without backtracking to Tokyo, mostly by taking a bus to Mishima and then a Shinkansen, or a direct overnight bus.

Fridays are regular work days, it's no more crowded than during other weekdays. (Unless it's a national holiday, of course.)

Lake Kawaguchiko is not on the way from Tokyo to Osaka if you are travelling by train. I would rather make it a day trip from Tokyo, and then go from Tokyo directly to Osaka. This is much more convenient.

You missed the point completely. It is much more efficient to do Tokyo-Kawaguchiko-Osaka than Tokyo-Kawaguchiko-Tokyo-Osaka. Obviously, you don't take the same route. Besides, OP plans to stay there overnight.

if you say so. if someone would ask me for my opinion, though, I would recommend him or her to do Kawaguchiko as a day-trip and spend the evening in Tokyo. just my personal opinion, it's a free world after all.

"On the way" is relative, but generally it is faster and more convenient to do Kawaguchiko as a stop over between Tokyo/Kyoto rather than backtracking to Tokyo, i.e. Shinjuku to Kawaguchiko via JR Chuo/Fujikyu (or highway bus), bus to Mishima Station, Shinkansen to Kyoto. Hi,
You are interest only about Disneyland, Universal Studio etc.? What about spend one day in Kyoto? 2 days Tokyo, 1 day Kawaguchiko, 1 day Kyoto, 2 days Osaka.

Keep in mind different cultures have different interests, and the itinerary implies to me that the OP is from SE Asia. If that's the case, Kyoto is not as much of a must see as it is to tourists coming from the West.
