Can anyone tell me when Tsuetate Onsen starts taking down its carp streamer for boy's day?

The Tsuetate Carp Streamer festival is held from the 1st of April until the 6th of May.
(Traditionally carp streamers have been flown for boys, but legally since 1949 the 5th of May has been a national holiday prescribed as Children's Day, not as a boy's day.)
It is about 45 minutes by local bus to get from /to Hita to / from Tsuetate.
: The bus departures from Hita are scheduled at 09:15, 10:56, 13:40, 16:01 and 17:50.
: The bus departures from Tsuetate are scheduled at 07:49, 10:06, 11:55, 14:35 and 16:55.
The one-way bus fare is 1030 yen; a set of roundtrip-discount tickets is available at 1750 yen.

Thank you for your responding so quickly! It's that we will be in the area around May 16 and if the koinobori are still up we wanted to stop at Tsuetate onsen.
