Hi I plan to go to Tsumago, Magome, Narai and Takayama from Tokyo. Can you plan the route for me and also recommend some roykan, minshuku or hotel for me. Thanks in advance.

This forum is not a travel agency.
Try plotting all your desired destinations on a map, and then work out a convenient route between them. For accommodation, look at guidebooks, websites, JapanICan, Rakuten, etc.
