Sapporo One day Card & streetcar route

Lonely Planet had mentioned that there's a \1000 One day card that covers subway and trams. But after searching, I found only \830 subway card (which I presume doesn't cover trams). Has the \1000 card been discontinued? Our day includes a tram ride to Mt Moiwa Ropeway. On another issue, is the streetcar/tram a one way clock-wise route? We just hop onto the tram where we alight to head back to Susukino? Thanks for all help!

Yes, it was discontinued in spring 2015.
On another issue, is the streetcar/tram a one way clock-wise route?
No, it is in both directions. And since December 2015, it has become a loop.
