http://www.yuzawaya.co.jp/shop/detail/318.htmlYour hotel seems to be near JR Kobe station, and Yuzawaya in Kobe is near JR Sannomiya station (only two stations away on a local train). So pretty easy to get to. Or take the subway from Harborland station to Sannomiya/Hanadokei-mae station, three stations away.
