Summer Weekly Japanese classes in Kobe?

こんにちは
I traveled to Japan a year ago and plan to visit again this summer (July-August). I only know very basic Japanese vocabulary. I hope to stay for a month and I am looking for Japanese language classes in Kobe or close to Kobe. I don't want a months worth of schooling, but I have yet to find weekly classes. Can anyone help? Or would I have to pay for private tutoring??
