Yakushima Bus Timetables

Can someone please tell me the best place to find an up-to-date and reliable bus schedule for the tourist attractions around Yakushima (want to go to Shiratani Unsui-kyo Gorge, Yakusugi Land and Jumon Sugi)? I found this link but it says the bus timetables are from last year, I'm worried they may have changed since this site was published, and as the buses are infrequent I want to make sure I have the right information to plan my trip.

The Yakushima bus timetables are updated in April (with the exception of the Yakushima Yutari Bus which is published in October), so all those timetables should be up to date.
