JR Kyushu Rail Pass seat reservation

Hi every one
From april 1 2016 jr kyushu will restrict the number of seat reservation to 10 for 3 day pass and 16 for 5 day pass. Anyone have an idea on how it is controllled? Like attach a piece of paper to rail pass to tickhow many seat reservation have been used
Or they will store in electronically using pass number.
Previous system : i simple showed my ticket and they just issued the reseved seat ticket the staff didnt even key in my rail pass number.same goes for japan rail pass.

Whenever I've used a pass and asked for seat reservations, the agent would stamp my pass with a small stamp denoting where I had made seat reservations and they write in the date for each day. I'm sure they'll be able to track it that way.
