Daio Wasabi Farm after closing hours

We will be reaching Matsumoto by 3pm. We really wanted to visit wasabi farm but by the time we will reach there it will be almost closing time. I understand the shops etc will be closed by 5.30 but can we at least roam around in the farm on our own after farm closing time? For next day we have already planned walking magome to Tsumago so we don't have any other time for visiting the farm.

Maybe you can reach until 4:00 pm depends
by train(JR/Local) and taxi(about 10min)
from Akashina(JR Shinonoi line) or Hotaka stn(JR Oito line).
