How to find my way around in Ishigaki?

Is there any iPhone app that can be used for navigation on a remote island such as Ishigakijima or Miyakojima? A suitable map must meet each of the following conditions:
1. It does not need an internet connection for navigation. GPS is sufficient.
2. Beaches, land marks, sightseeing spots, hotels and restaurants are available as POIs.
3. Turn by turn navigation is possible.
