Hello,
We will be driving from New Chitose to Tomokomai on the 20th April , Tomokomai to Noboribetseu on 21st April , Noboribetsue to Toyako on 22nd April , Toyako to Hakodate on 23rd April, Hakodate to Otaru on 25th April and finally Otaru to Sapporo on 26th April 2016.
Is it advisable or cheaper to buy the Hokkaido Expressway Pass or to just pay the toll each time .
