Purchasing Fuji Hakone Pass

Hello
I am planning to buy the Fuji Hakone Pass but as I have already got a J Rail Pass and I am coming from Hiroshima I do not need the round trip pass so want to buy the "Odawara departure" version. The planned arrival time at Odawara from Hiroshima is 18:36 when I believe the Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center will be closed.
My question is will I be able to buy the Odawara departure version of the pass from Shinjuku at an earlier time in my trip, or alternatively can I buy the Fuji Hakone pass from a vending machine? If necessary I can change my plans and arrive at Odawara before the service center closes but it will restrict my time at Hiroshima so I would rather not.
Any advice would be helpful.
