Bus from Matsumato to Hirayu Onsen

Hello, I'm trying to work out whether buses will be running from Matsumato to Hirayu and onto Fukuchi and Shin-Hotaka 13.4.16 or whether they will still be closed for winter. Does any one know? Thanks, Keren

Buses between Matsumoto and Hirayu run everyday of the year. If you want to continue to Fukuchi and Shin-Hotaka, then you need to transfer buses at Hirayu (they also run everyday of the year). Only during summer are there some direct buses from Matsumoto to Fukuchi and Shin-Hotaka.
