Transfer from Chitose to Mercure Hotel

We are a family of 4 with a year old infant. Please advise what's the best way to travel from Chitose airport to Mercure Hotel in Sapporo in September? We have a bulky pram as well as some luggage.

Do not bring the bulky pram. Find ways to lighten your loads.
I traveled recently to Japan with an 11 month old. Use one of those baby carriers that strap to your chest. Both mom/mum and dad can share the load then.
