Tuna auction 2016 Tsukiji fish market

Hi all, I heard that Tsukiji fish market is going to move to Tokyo Bay in November 2016, see also: http://nypost.com/2016/01/05/end-of-an-era-as-tokyo-has-last-new-year-...In this link it says that the last tuna auction was in January 2016. Does this mean that there is no tuna auction until November 2016? I'm visiting Tokyo in September 2016 and I'd like to see the tuna auction. Do you know if this is possible? Perhaps in Tokyo Bay? And if no tuna auction is possible, is it possible to see the old Tsukiji fish market? Thanks a lot and best regards TokyoVisitor
