Refund on Bus Ticket by Be-Transse

I found a transportation from Tokyo Station to Narita Airport provided by Be-Transse bus and book and paid through

Due to some reason, i wish to cancel the bus ticket and request for refund through the website
https://betransseuser.com/cancel.

I wish to know how the refund amount paid back to me.

The refund is credited back to your credit card minus a 100 yen cancellation fee per ticket.

You will also probably not get the full amount back due to exchange rates and fees charged by your bank.
