TA-Q-Bin service center in Osaka Station

HI, Please help advise which are TA-Q-Bin service center in Osaka that can speak english. Can we send luggages from Tokyo hotel and collect from a TA-Q-Bin service center in Osaka Station as we not sure of arrival time in OSAKA Airbnb apartment.

When you send off a parcel by TA-Q-BIN service or Yu-Pack postal service in the morning (from your Tokyo hotel), you can designate a time zone of delivery (to your Osaka apartment) in the following day, with no additional fee required; the last time zone is (approximately) from 20:00 to 21:00.

Delivery might be delayed a little due to a traffic congestion; I recommend you would send off your parcel by your second last night in Tokyo.

You have two things to do in advance.
1. Confirm the correct address of your Osaka apartment and the 7-digit postal code (in the 000-0000 form) for the district, which you later write down in your invoice of TA-Q-BIN / Yu-Pack postal service.
2. Find a place in Tokyo where you can dispatch your parcel by TA-Q-BIN of Yamato Transport / Yu-Pack of Japan Post; most shops of major convenience store chains can accept a parcel to be delivered by one of these two services.

(By the way, Shinkansen super-express trains do not run via Osaka Station; the only Shinkansen station in Osaka City is Shin-Osaka.)

: You dispatch your parcel from a place in Tokyo's urban area, designating the delivery day as 2016/04/20 and also the delivery time zone as from 20:00 to 21:00.
Tuesday, the 19th of April 2016
: Your parcel may reach the delivery center in the vicinity of your Osaka apartment.
Wednesday, the 20th of April 2016
: Your parcel reaches the delivery center highly likely by the morning of this day.
: You get to your Osaka apartment by around 19:45.
: Your parcel is delivered (approximately) during 20:00 - 21:00, when you can receive it.
