Places to see sakura in Kyoto on 17-20 April

I have plan to visit Kyoto on 17 -20 April and Osaka on 20-24. As I read a cherry blossom report of Kyoto (14 april). http://www.japan-guide.com/blog/sakura16/160414_kyoto.html
There are some places such as Ninnaji Temple , Nijo jo, which Sakura petals are starting falling. So I must change my traveling plan to go to that places first.

Could you please recommend me about other places to see cherry trees on that period?

Hirano-shrine(平野神社 -jinja, near 金閣寺/Kinkaku-ji) have about 60 species 400 trees blooming time different trees a lot.

Blooming front/forecast means "Somei-Yoshino(ソメイヨシノ)" based mainly about 80% trees of all species in Japan.
So Somei-Yoshino and same/close blooming timing trees are already overed in Kyoto city/Osaka.
