Which ryokan would you recommend for having the best outdoor bath in Noboribetsu?

Sadly, I havent been to all the onsens in Noboribetsu. It is not one of those onsens that encourage popping into the onsens of other Ryokans to try their baths.
Takinoya has an indoor one with good outdoor views.
Takimotokan has a view of the hell valley.
Some of the other hotels have the onsens facing walls and is not recommended. Then again, people go here for the water quality and not really for the scenery.
