Osaka to Kumano Kodo by Kansai Pass

I would like to double confirm if the Kansai Wide Area Pass can be used and fully cover the fare for travel from Osaka - Kii-tanabe ; Kii-tahara - Osaka. Because when I approach JTB counter, base on Hyderdia, this destination is served by Limited Express Train 'Kurioshio' with travel time 125mins only. If using the Kansai Wide Area Pass, how long it will take to destination without/ minimal transfer.
