Getting from Haneda to Sumeda 2016/4/23 22:48
Arriving on 30April at 22:35 (10:35PM) at Haneda. There are 3 of us. We are going to Sumeda area of Tokyo. Should we take Taxi, JR, or Subway? Do the prices of transportation increase at night or is it flat rate for all hours? JR Ryougoku and Morishita are closest stations to our destination. Thank you so much for your help.

Not Sum(e)da "Sum(i)da-ward".

By only trains enough until JR Ryogoku stn.

Monorail then JR train a bit faster right
but Keikyu then JR easier transfering.

Buy PASMO or Monorail Suica(IC card ticket) touch 2000Y or higher button.

Both cards valid for (Tokyo)Monorail,Keikyu and JR all of this case
just touching each transfering stations ticket gate in/out.
