Shikotsuko-Chitose bus timetable

can you provide us a bus schedule from shikotsu to chitose? i saw one that listed the earliest bus is 9:50? do we have any other way to take earlier bus?
if we can't, we may call a taxi. what about the cost to JR chitose station?
