It is a Japanese song - sounds like category of "ENKA"
I hear after long introduction only words "old town, new town, hopeful town..." I tried to search by these lyrics in fail. The melody of ENKA is all similar and I do not know this song. Please give me the part of hook-line since sometimes the title of song appears there.

Hello GattoNegro,

Thank you very much for your concern and reply

Regarding to my normal experience in Japanese folk music styles, this song is not consider as ENKA song, its different from that, and here the example of ENKA folk style: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nvvXOfLs-ng

As you see its very big different, and I don't like an ENKA style :-)

Thank you very much again, and I hope if any one can help

both are enka style.
since the voice is very clear, but negative by google search. it might be not famous.
need more phrases.
it might be an inserted song singing in old movies (or drama), when changing the scenes to a new one .

Are these near your image?

These folk songs are called "Minnyo".

These songs were sung in each local area = prefecture.

Hi

It was very difficult for me as I don't know well about music.

I checked what Japanese scales are.
http://soundweaver.jp/scales/japan/japan

And I could see that many Japanese songs are made on "You" scale.

"you" scale is also called "Yona-nuki" scale.
https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E3%83%A8%E3%83%8A%E6%8A%9C%E3%81%8D%E9%...

The famous min-yo under Yo scale is "Kisobushi" "Hietsuki-bushi".

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OUmcLTbSh98

The most popular one is "Ue wo muite aru koo " whichi was called "Sukiyaki" though the meaning was absolutely different.
There are many songs under Yo scale like these.

It was good opportunity that I can see Japanese scales, thak you.
