It is a Japanese song - sounds like category of "ENKA" I hear after long introduction only words "old town, new town, hopeful town..." I tried to search by these lyrics in fail. The melody of ENKA is all similar and I do not know this song. Please give me the part of hook-line since sometimes the title of song appears there.

Hello GattoNegro, Thank you very much for your concern and reply Regarding to my normal experience in Japanese folk music styles, this song is not consider as ENKA song, its different from that, and here the example of ENKA folk style: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nvvXOfLs-ngAs you see its very big different, and I don't like an ENKA style :-) Thank you very much again, and I hope if any one can help

both are enka style. since the voice is very clear, but negative by google search. it might be not famous. need more phrases. it might be an inserted song singing in old movies (or drama), when changing the scenes to a new one .
