Plan to visit the above on 7Apr is a Sat not sure it is open. as the web site in Japanese can any one help to check if the above park is open on 7Apr2016 ?

Yes, it will be open on the 7th. It's a public park, so it's always open. The Azalea festival goes until May 10th this year.
