Bus from Nagano drop off near Hachioji?

Is there a highway express bus that can drop off at Hachioji or it's nearest point ?
Please advise an alternative.

No such bus.

Take only JR train LtdExp fastest
if only regular trains about 5 hrs no good just no big different against bus fare until Shinjuku
or bus first then back by JR rapid train from JR Shinjuku sta.

Or, try hitchhike find "Hachioji/��q" vehicle registration plate(car number plate) car the best.
or neighborhood area Tama(��),Nerima(��n),Sagami(��),,, cars also good.

I have reversed my plan. I am now returning from Takayama, bus now can drop me off at Chuod Hachioji.
