Hi! Kusatsu has so many hotels and there are scarcely any hotels that can available with \6500;( But I found one! Here is the link. http://www.jalan.net/us/usp3200/usw3201init.do?screenId=USW3001&Count=...It seems a good located and nice hotel. The name of the hotel is "Kusatsu onsen Nakamuraya Ryokan." Onsen means hot springs. And this plan isn't with meals but there are some convenience stores near the hotel. Furthermore, there is a toilet but isn't a shower room in the room, so you can use hot springs in the hotel anytime. I hope you'll enjoy your Kusatsu stay! //Momo

I'm confused, the link is Kusatsu Onsen Village and the rate is 12,600yen.
