What do you think about Osaka Tsuruhashi?

We have a guest house near Tsuruhashi station in Osaka and most visitors are from Asia such as Hong Kong, Taiwan, Philippine...etc.
We want to know backpackers from the US, European, Australia.. What is the best area for accommodation do you think in Osaka?
also the travel attractions in Kansai area, what is your favorite?

Whilst it's not far from Dotonbori, there's no shortage of accommodation around Namba (my preferred place to stay). Maybe your listing isn't written in a way that appeals to westerners, or is on a website not frequented by them? Does it matter to only have Asian guests? Guests are guests.
My favourite Kansai place is Koyasan, closely followed by the Kii Peninsula.
