Hi, as per guide, Kitano Tenmangu Maple Tree Garden is open from 10:00 to 16:00. Autumn illumination from sunset until 20:00. May I know if there is no entry after 16:00, how to see the illumination?

What it means is that the usual hours are until 4pm.
But for the illumination it opens it's grounds again. Only during this special period. Though, it may only be the garden that is opened. E.g. no entry into the temple
