I was reading a manga that I bought in Japan and I came to see this sentence that I just can't make sense of. This is the entire sentence: そういや私一度だけ魔王様を近くで見た事あつた気が。。。 The only thing I don't understand is this "atsuta", and I can't understand the sentence without it T-T
Thank you!

It should be あった for the sentence to make sense.
If re-written into less colloquial style, it would be:
そういえば、私は 一度だけ 魔王様を 近くで 見たことが あった 気が(する)…
Come to think of it, I have the impression/recollection that I saw the Devil King up close just once...

It could've been deliberately written as あつた (atsuta). It's a sort of a colloquial, slang-ish way of saying あった to show that the speaker is intimidated or shy.

Some people capitalize all of っ ょ ゅ ゃ, as つよゆや. It had been the standard until the end of WWII.
