transportation after 10pm from Haneda airport

Aloha-I will be arriving to Haneda airport at 10:15pm and wanted to know the cheapest available transportation into Tokyo?I'm arriving from Honolulu so I will be going through customs which I'm not sure how long that will take.

Since I don't know where you are staying, just clicking locations I found there are buses to TCAT, Ikebukuro, and Shinjuku leaving around 23:00/11:00 pm or later. You would just need to make sure you are staying near where the bus lets you off, as the subways and trains stop running at midnight. Even if you change locales after your first night, it would be good to stay near a bus drop off point.

Haneda airport is already in Tokyo (Special wards of Tokyo). It is in Ota ward.

You can also take limousine bus. This cost more, but if your hotel is very close to the bus stop, it will give you peace of mind.

Dangerous to say this but 10:35 pm into Haneda is kind of a slam dunk. The customs always goes quickly at that hour and their is a convenient Keikyu train which leaves at around 11:30 (check Hyperdia for exact time and lots of people will be going so you cant miss it. It's not even a long walk to the elevator. Keikyu gets you to Shinagawa and then proceeds east to Shimbashi and Nihonbashi. More importantly, It gets you onto the Yamanote circular route at Shinagawa which hits all the big stations around "Tokyo Proper." It's last stop is at Osaki, clear around the Yamanote counter-clockwise at around 1:00 am.
