Shiba-zakura in Higashimokoto

Is it difficult to travel to Shiba-zakura Park in from Sapporo by public transport. From the nearest bus stop, can I walk to the park?

I've read there is shuttle service during peak season, shuttle goes all the way to the park?

Free shuttle(��A��) required booking until last day 16:30 by call.

BTW,where now? already in Sapporo?
Today is already blooming peak so peak days not so long.
Also Abashiri is not so close from Sapporo.
