Logistically, all seems ok although Day 2 will need you to rush from place to place.

Enjoy Otagi Nenbutsuji! It's small and not very well visited by tourists but great for photos!

Are you sure you want to go to that many temples??? Why not pick a few good ones to visit and instead spend more time in each, rather than rushing through all of them.

It looks light the first day, and pretty packed the other days. But maybe you are arriving in Japan on your first day and don't have a full day.

Three days is more than enough for Osaka. One day is enough for its daytime sights, then go to Osaka after the temples of Kyoto close down around 5 PM. If you don't have other plans to see it already, at the very least spend at least half a day to see Nara. The Todaiji Temple especially is a must-see.

You could also see Himeji, with Japan's finest castle during the daytime.
For Kyoto, you didn't include Kinkakuji - it is one of the icons of the city and doesn't take long to see it. Be aware also that Fushimi
Inari is open 24/7 so you could go in the early morning or evening and avoid a lot of the crowds. And if you don't mind rising very early, the 2 Honganji Temples are spectacular and open around dawn - they are both within walking distance from Kyoto Station.

Day 2 is rushed but possible. If you can reach nearby Yasaka Shrine by lunch you are good to go.

Realistically you can only do 4-5 shrines/temples a day. You also have to consider travel time between these places. Also, Kyoto is best enjoyed when you take a slower pace.
