Oizu Ryokan price

I see Oizu Ryokan listed as a cheap place to stay relatively near Izukyu-Shimoda Station, at 3500 yen. However, they don't have a website, and most posts I seem to be able to find listing the price date back a few years, so I'm not sure if they're still accurate. Has anyone been there recently? And if so, would it be possible for you to confirm the price/tell me whether they're likely to have vacancies in mid-July? (Can't make reservations since they don't have a website...)
