Suica & Narita Express 2016/5/21 22:48
1. Does the Suica card cover the Narita Express (to Shinjiku)?
2. What will be the cost? / What amount has to be charged on the Suica card for the trip to Shinjiku (if covered by Suica)?
3. Do all Narita Express trains travel the same schedule? Do they all travel to Shinjiku?

Thanks in advance.

You need a limited express ticket in addition to the Suica card in order to travel by Narita Express. I think it is possible to pay for that limited express ticket with your Suica card.

2. What will be the cost? / What amount has to be charged on the Suica card for the trip to Shinjiku (if covered by Suica)?

The base fare charged to your Suica card is 1490 yen. The limited express fee is between 1500 and 1900 yen depending on date of travel, assuming you use a ordinary seat (as opposed to a Green car seat).

3. Do all Narita Express trains travel the same schedule? Do they all travel to Shinjiku?

No. It is explained here:
