Pass Mt Shirane on bike? 2016/5/22 05:57
We are travelling though Japan on racingbikes (1500 kilometers) and our route is planned through Kusatsu passing the Mt Shirane restricted road. I read that you can pass the 1km area between 8:00 and 17:00? Is it forbidden to pass by bike? If we miss the 17:00 hour restriction, how strict are the control?
Kind Regards,
Per
