4) Super View Odoriko ?

How about Tobu line from Shinjuku to Nikko?

Any "o" | "O" | "u" italicized here is pronounced long.

Traveling with a JR TOKYO Wide Pass, you can have one Ordinary-Class seat per ride in a Limited Express train such as one listed below, with no additional payment.
A. A Narita Express (N'EX) train.
B. A Super View Odoriko train.
C. A JR-Tobu through Limited Express Nikko train / Kinugawa or SPACIA Kinugawa train which goes by Shinjuku -- Shimo-imaichi -- Tobu-nikko / Kinugawa-onsen.

Regarding C., you can take a JR-Tobu through Limited Express train from | to Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, Urawa or Omiya Station of JR.
Currently, one regular Limited Express Nikko train per day is going for Tobu-nikko, but there is no regular Nikko train which goes back.
To get back from Tobu-nikko Station with this pass, you can first take a Local train to Shimo-imaichi (for less than 10 minutes) Station then change there to a Limited Express Kinugawa or SPACIA Kinugawa train.

Tobu line from Shinjuku to Nikko?

There is no such Tobu line.
Tobu Railway's network is not covering Shinjuku City.
The terminal station of Tobu Railway in Nikko City is Tobu-nikko Station, which is located a little away from Nikko Station of JR.

To have a reserved seat, you need to get issued a seat ticket.

All the seats in any Narita Express train can be reserved.
: Due to a rule which was newly introduced in March 2015, there may be a passenger who has a Narita Express seat without reservation, on the condition that he/she should give up the seat when a passenger holding a valid reserved-seat ticket for the seat appears.

All the seats in any Super View Odoriko train | any JR-Tobu through Limited Express train require reservation.

it is not valid for the Tokaido Line Shinkansen?

Please distinguish between Tokaido Shinkansen and Tokaido Line.

Tokaido Shinkansen (Tokyo -- Shin-Yokohama -- Nagoya -- Kyoto -- Shin-Osaka) is a Shinkansen line which is operated by JR-Central; any pass which is issued by JR-East for a foreign passenger is not valid there.

Tokaido Line is a non-Shinkansen line consisting of three parts which are separately operated by JR-East, JR-Central and JR-West.
