Hotels close to Daisetsuzan

I am planning to visit Daisetsuzan National Park in Hokkaido starting from 23 of September. I will appreciate if you can direct me to official sites or agencies, which can help me to locate hotels in the Kamikawa District or Sounkyo Onsen with reasonable price (up to 15,000 JPY per night). I prefer places in small towns, which can be accessible to cars.
I alredy tried the conventional site e.g. "Booking . com" and "Tripadviser" but unfortunately the selection there was very poor or substantially expensive. Thank you, Orna
