Lunch at shin chitose airport
Drive to Noboribetsu
-hell valley
-visit lake toya
Overnight at Noboribetsu
11/20 - drive fr Noboribetsu to Hakodate
-onuma park to Hv lunch
-goryokaku
-kanemori
-enjoy night view of mt Hakodate
Overnight at Hakodate
11/21 - visit fish market at Hakodate
- drive to Otaru
- Take cable to mt tengu for night view
- Overnight at Otaru
11/22 - visit around Otaru
- drive to Furano
- Overnight at Furano
11/23 - visit cheese & wine factory
- drive to asahikawa
- Overnight at asahikawa
11/24 - eat ramen at ramen village
- visit zoo
- Drive to Sapporo
- Overnight at Sapporo
11/25 - odori park
- walk around Sapporo
- Overnight at Sapporo
11/26 - drive to shin chitose
- return car
- Take domestic flight back to Narita
- Fly back from Narita at 8.30pm

Thats a bit too much time in Sapporo IMO. You can cut a day easily.
Would spend some of that time seeing some nature. Hokkaido has lots of it, just have to find one that you like. Taking the cable car to a snow capped mountain would be my idea of fun.
