Mt. Hakodate Bus operational days in Nov

Hi, it says the bus to Mt. Hakodate operates until mid Nov. So which date is that exactly? Does 24th count as mid Nov?

If the bus is still operational, what are the departure times from Hakodate Station or Jujigai?

Can we walk up/down after sun down?

Sorry we do not know Japanese so we cannot read the bus website.

Why bus? The bottom ropeway station is like 200 meters from Jujigai.

We think we can see the surrounding better if going up on a bus, and since there is a day ticket for the bus. Thanks.

You can climb by foot even the road is closed for cars.
