Hi everyone,
next winter im planning a vacation for winter festivals in Sapporo. I will stay in Sapporo for 3 days(also will do a daytrip to Otaru), and stay in Asahikawa for 2 days(a daytrip to Abashiri). does generally trains work on schedule in winter? because i thought there may be some bad weather conditions etc...and i want to attend a icedrift in Abashiri. Do they generally operate or not? because some people say sometimes the cruises dont work..thanks for your answers.
