I plan to visit hokkaido on september are there lots of flowers to be viewed there? Like tulips and other flowers..which place is best to visit for flower viewing.

If you want to see tulips, come to Hokkaido in May. In September, Ezo Rindo or Sawagikyo are seen in Kushiro or Kiritappu, as indicated in the bottom of this page: http://dd.hokkaido-np.co.jp/cont/databox/87685.htmlRelative lengths of the central colorful bar in that page also indicates the best season for flower viewing would be in spring; May and June.
