New Year's Day at Chitose Airport

Can anyone tell me what facilities are open at chitose airport on New Year's Day (1/1/2017)? Such as shops, restaurants, doremon park, the onsen etc? We are planning to stay at chitose enroute to ski resort but don't want to get there and find that everything is closed.
