Mt Fuji Gotemba Trail - 24/06/2016

Hi,
I checked the time table of the bus and it seems that there is a bus service from Jr Gotemba station to Gotemba during weekends (non peak season), so I'm planning to start trek on 24/06/2016 afternoon around 3, and reach the 8th station by 10 and rest for a while and then go for a sunrise hike, I have read the information that only huts at 7th and 8th stations are open, has anyone been there during this time before? I just want to rest for around 3-4 hours before I start for the sunrise hike, so will the huts be open?
