Private Onsen Fuji Five Lakes under $500

Anyone know of any private onsen in the Fuji Five Lakes area, or general vicinity for less than $500 US a night?
I would be open to public onsen too, but it would have to be co-ed and have no problem if we are tattooed head to toe.
