Shinkansen timetable alterations

I have searched for a Hikari from Tokyo to Shin-Osaka around 6 pm of July 1, 2016, and there is non between 1703-2003!? Is there any drastic timetable change for the shinkansens? (Plan to use JRP).

I can see two - one at 17.03 and one at 20.33.
The current timetable is only valid up until June 30, though, so it may not be an accurate reflection of what trains are actually available. But there are usually less Hikari services since Nozomi is more popular with the locals.
