Hi
I'm planning to go for the various Nebuta Festivals in the Northern Tohoku Region.
I read somewhere that additional train services will be added for the festival nights. May I know when and where will the train time-table be published?

Depends which festival exactly. The timetables are published on the railway companies' websites.
