While having a full-time job?
Like M-F a full time job and then Saturday picked up random classes through like Gaijinpot for extra money?
Is there any weirdness with taxes or anything I should know?

Yes, I am doing. Its fine if you pay taxes for regular and side job.
You need to do Kakutei Shinkoku.
Your regular job contract mention anything about side job?
Whichi visa you posses at present?
