Hiyoshi Station to Narita Airport

Hi Everyone,
I'm going to Japan next month and preparing to stay there for approximately 11 days in total, I'm planning to buy the 7 day JR pass which I will be using during the first 7 days of my trip however on my last day when I need to travel from Hiyoshi Station (which is near where I'm staying) to Narita Airport, is it possible to get there by using just Pasmo Card? or would you suggest me getting the 14 days JR pass instead? For me personally I think 7 days JR pass is more than enough as I won't be going too many places other than Kyoto and Osaka but I need to travel from Hiyoshi station to Narita Airport on my last day so I'm just wondering if there is any other choices instead so I dont need to spend so much on the JR pass
Thanks!

You can of course always use an IC card or buy ordinary tickets, if you think a pass does not make sense.

250m-300m transfer is not bad.
I would transfer at Musashi Kosugi, the train from Musashi Kosugi can take you all the way to the airport.
Hiyoshi to Musashi Kosugi is 130 yen.

If you would like to exchange at Musashi Kosugi, it might be better to exit from the Tokyu station once. Then, walk on the street, crossing Tsunashima Kaido, to get to a lonely JR Musashi Kosugi station. Using a distance calculator on the web, it would be around 500 m. Looking for blog articles, it could take up to 15 min with a travel luggage. It would be somewhat troublesome to carry a suitcase on Japanese pedestrian roads, though. The L-shaped transfer route could be fine in case of rain, but 700-800 m with many stairs.
