Snow in Alpen Route in summer

I am going to Japan from July 17 to 23, and am thinking about going to Tateyama for the Alpen Route. However, since this is summer and we intend to catch the snow --especially the snow wall/corridor--, will there be snow? Thank you.

IF you google alpine route, you will find website that show the route in different seasons. There is no snow in summer.
